Writing for Humans

I am going to give you some advice for writing for humans. Writing to humans as a human.

Say what you mean. Just say it. Rewrite sentences that aren't dead-simple and easy to follow. It's very unlikely that you need to write complex and meandering thoughts all jumbled up into one sentence. So don't do it. Break it down, make it pop. And don't beat around the bush. If you want to write something, then write it.... Read More

Taking Control of Your Life

Some people call it "Fuck You" money. Some people call it Financial Freedom. I call it taking control of your life. Many well-paid people in the U.S. have forfeited their lives. I'll focus on the latter, since there's not much we can do with the uncontrollable. If you stop and think, it's easy to see why your fears are laughable and not really something to fear. Not laughable in the sense that they are silly, but laughable in that you shouldn't have them at all.

The problem is that, with all that fear strapped on your back, you'll never get anything done. If your always afraid of what someone thinks of you, or that things won't work out, or that you will mess something -- if these things are on your mind a lot -- then your life is on lock down....
